In the globalized era, education and autonomy are crucial in surviving competitions. While striving to feed the endless needs and satisfaction of the modernised world, humanistic values are often sidelined. Various concepts, theories, and programmes have been introduced to unwind the complexity of life, but they never put to an end the recurring social issues in the community. Hence, a more holistic and convincing alternative is sought after. Given this as the mutual concern, the message of Islam as the source of peace for the whole universe has to be articulated and internalised. While education is an archer with entrepreneurship as one of its arrows, issues and challenges shall be addressed in the Islamic education framework in targeting the growth of all-rounded Islamic social entrepreneurs and eventually a more dynamic society.
